Vanden was established in 2005 in response to the increased demand for independent and reliable business and financial advisory services from corporations. Thavee has more than 25 years in providing financial advisory services. He was the head of financial advisory business of an international accounting firm, based in Bangkok. He has provided M&A advice to major companies in automotive sector, consumer business, manufacturing, banking and finance, and brings substantial end-to-end M&A advisory experience and knowledge to the clients.
His experience include acquisition due diligences of Japanese restaurant chains, sugar refineries in Thailand, F&B business in Myanmar, UK retail chain, retail aesthetic clinics, and logistic business. He advised the acquisitions of a leading transportation company and container yard operation for Japanese clients and the acquisition of a digital exchange platform. In addition, Thavee also led several cross-border M&A to leading Thai and international clients.
Thavee graduated with BS in Engineering, University of Texas and MBA, Sasin Graduate School. He participated in the
Leadership Development Program, Columbia University and was a Thai SEC licensed Financial Adviser.
